Bill Cosby is one funny man that I’ve really grown to respect over the years.   I remember seeing him live back in my college days and he had the crowd in stitches the whole night.  Not only was he funny, but his routines also had a theme… a subtle message that he would interweave throughout his jokes to get across to the audience.

Over the last few years he’s been less subtle and more “in-your-face” with his messages on personal responsibility.  Along the way, he’s ruffled a few feathers.  But that hasn’t stopped him from speaking the truth.

When your first plan fails, you better have something to fall back on.  We often call that our “Plan B”.

You’ve followed the rules…

  • Studied hard, got good grades, went to college and got a degree.
  • You were fortunate enough to get a good job - where you’ve also followed the rules.  You worked hard.  You sacrificed personal time for the sake of your career.
  • You got the maximum house your lender said you could get - 2.5 times your income.
  • You got two cars payments. You’ve gone for the gusto.

Play Ball!!  Spring training’s over and MLB has started another season.  I’m not the most avid fan in the world but do try to make it to several games a year.  Being from Atlanta…I’m a Braves fan.
