Have you ever heard someone say, “It’s just easier to do it myself than to get others to do it“?  If so, then they are shooting themselves in the foot and sabotaging their financial well being.

The number one reason people fail to achieve their financial goals is that they not grasping the meaning of the Time/Productivity connection.

When people say, “I’m too busy, or I don’t have enough time” it’s because they lack the understanding of how powerful an investment it is to train others so you get more done. People fail here because normally it’s not rewarding to train others your expertise because maybe they’ll take it and profit from it without you.  That’s a loser mentality.

When you truly understand the power of educating others so you can get more done, you’re truly on your way to wealth.

What’s so neat about this concept is not only can you get more done, but you can get it done better.

Let’s say you’re not good at sales.  That’s fine… just go find someone who is so you can be leveraged by those who are good at sales.  You don’t have to be a superstar – just be able to find the superstars or find the person who will find the Superstar.

Look at it like this.  Let’s say you’re a workaholic.  The most you can work is 24 hours a day – 8,760 in a year.  The difference between the wealthy and everyone else is leverage – you’ve got to understand that.  You’ve got to either have money at work for you or people at work for you.

If you have 2-3 people on your team and the 8,760 doubles… triples… and so on.

There’s not a more ethical win-win structure than that.

Determine your time value by placing a $ value on your time.  Use others to do things when the cost is lower than your time value.  But I can’t afford it – no because you insist on doing everything yourself.

Wealth is hidden from those who must do it all themselves, wealth exposes itself to those patent enough to train others.

To Your Success…
