“Income seldom exceeds personal development.” - Jim Rohn

The main key to your success in any endeavour is you.  In order to earn more, you must learn more, and learning is a never-ending process.

We often think we’re stuck with who we are. Have you ever said to yourself… “If I was only a little better at “so-and-so”, then I’d be successful.” Well, you can get better at “so-and-so” if you put your mind to it and improve your skills.

This is especially true in improving your marketing skills.  I’m not just talking about product or service marketing, but in marketing yourself.  Those who are able to improve themselves the most will win.

Action Steps:

  1. Stop whining. Instead of complaining about that you did not get the promotion, or that you did not make the sale, figure out why and do something about it.
  2. Spend at least 30 minutes a day reading. There’s no difference between a man who can’t read and one that doesn’t read.
  3. Improve your interpersonal skills… they are a must.  A formal education will not determine how much money you make. How well you can influence others will determine that. A good education will get you in the door but it will not determine which floor you’ll end up on.
  4. Prepare for success.  Find your weaknesses, find your strengths. Work on improving your weaknesses.

Tired of failure?  Then prepare for success and Make It Happen.

To Your Success…
